I'm not much of a chain restaurant eater, but I do think they are among the best chains. When I was in undergrad, I went with my roommate pretty regularly. I'd say, maybe twice a month or at least once a month. We knew one of the workers there. For a short period of time they had fruit tea. Then they discontinued it. I was aghast they'd discontinue, but they found some in the back. They told me this was the last of it. I think I drank like 5 to 7 glasses of it, and I felt terrible. I almost shat my pants trying to find a restroom after we left. It was pretty funny after the fact. I had a similar incident happen at IHOP. They discontinued boysenberry syrup but had some in the back. When I said that it was my favorite, they took all of the boysenberry they had in stock and gave me like 20 containers of it. I didn't get sick this time, and I took all the boysenberry to see if it would freeze into ice cubes, which it didn't. It seemed impervious to freezing.

I had store bought mac and cheese from them once. It was a 1000x times better than Kraft.

Cracker Barrel is awesome. However, I have too many unused gift cards in my wallet from there atm...  need to use them. 😛

If I had a nickel for how many times vcczar almost shat himself by accidentally gorging on a discontinued novelty fruit item at a beloved chain breakfast restaurant, I'd have two nickels.

Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.
