Welcome Back Frank! (Character Claim)

The Castle Family Home was alive with noise. Children playing, relatives gossiping, and the simmer of food on the oven emanated from the kitchen. Frank sat back in his chair at the head of the dining table, taking in the sounds of domestic life. It had been years since he had eaten a homecooked meal, let alone been able to see his wife, and kids. Maria clinked a glass of champagne, signaling to the rest of the Castle family to surround the dining table. "Before we eat, a toast." she said with a pristine smile, "Welcome home Frank!" she said, raising her glass in celebration, and then his children joined in, happily yelling "Welcome home dad!" in unison... A moment later a car stopped next to the dining room window, and a hail of gunfire erupted into the peaceful home.

Frank awoke in a cold sweat, after yet another night spent remembering the last time he ever saw his family. He remembered their screams as the Costa Crime Family's men gunned them down in cold blood. He remembered the police officer who told him that his family's murderers would never face trial, how the officer smiled under his mustache, smug, and secure in Frank Costa's pocket. Frank glowered, and threw off his covers as he rose from his bed. The time's come.

Frank had spent years perfecting his body, gathering materials, and sharpening his hate. Now the time had come to unleash himself onto New York City's underbelly. This was for Maria, Lisa, and Frank Jr., but more than that, it was for every New Yorker victimized by crime, and let down by the establishment. This was not a campaign of personal vengeance. No, this was not vengeance...

It's Punishment
