Here's the Education Policies. You'll also note that the Washington DC memorials are all in here. That's mainly because they don't fit another category. I'll probably redo all the policy categorizing at some point, allowing things to be in multiple categories. Anyway, this is a large policy section, possibly because I am a professor. Nevertheless, I still have areas of need. Maybe you can think of some ideas for Era of the Future, Pres Actions, and more Gov Actions. matthewyoung123
I see increase/decrease funding, but I didn't see "Create the Dept of Education" or "Abolish Dept of Education" as actions.

Vols21
Speaking of naming federal buildings, it would be neat for Congress to authorize the construction of an Aircraft Carrier or other warship to be named after Former Admirial or President (USS Benedict Arnold anyone?) For education what about Prayer in school, pledge in school. More current, put armed Resource (police) Officers in schools. Charter Schools 1

The former is under Civil Service. Repealing just means repealing the law that establishes Dept of Education. There are very few "abolish" anything laws since laws just need to be repealed. Amendments will often have "abolish" because Amendments are repealed only via Amendments.

Charter Schools It would be fun, but one issue I'm trying to avoid is having too many fluff proposals. If we have too many of those then the CPU will propose fluff too often rather than substantial things. Really what I should do is see how many laws were historically passed that are in the game for each two-year period. Same with Pres Actions. Maybe if I have time. ConservativeElector2
What I hope the most is having US state maps where you see all Gov actions. I find it intriguing to find out what's allowed in various states and what not

IloveHistory48599022
On the topic of "Banning Evolution", having the Supreme Court Scopes Trial or "Monkey Case" would be interesting to have, if it isn't already included. 3
