Just taking a glance at this now, maybe if the high speed rail gets built to NYC, a future bill to extend it to Boston, similar to how the national road is handled.

- Renewable Resources for public transit

- Fiberoptic cables for internet

- Development of "gondola" lines for public transportation (noting that cable/ropeways are being considered one of the options for sustainable public transit methods)
