(8) Sander’s pitch falls a little flat to the Iowa crowd. (10) While Sander’s pitch does well at colleges many moderate Democrats and Independents are definitely not in favor of this policy. +1 Sanders sees a little momentum but it maybe too late for his campaign. On 6/10/2022 at 6:19 AM, Murrman104 said: 1: Kucinich will make a big push for Farmers in Iowa, talking about the need for increased subsidies 2: Rally In Iowa with Dick Gephardt 3: Kucinich will make a big speech about the need for a more humble foreign policy (11) Farmers continue to appreciate Kucinich’s appeal to them. (7) The rallies are poorly attended unfortunately. (11) Kucinich’s core speech goes over decently and will mildly help appeal to progressives. 0 Kucinich's campaign continues to stall out. On 6/10/2022 at 7:56 AM, Timur said: 1.Nader's campaign will talk about Gun Control. They will release an ad showing Mike Gravel talking about his Alaska background, mentioning his shooting a moose injured by an Alaskan train. It will talk about the need to end the military culture in the US and put in common sense gun restrictions. 2.Nader's campaign will criticize the requirement to have 15% in the polls to enter the debate. 3.Nader's campaign will campaign against nuclear energy and talk about complete denuclearization. It will talk about the dangers of nuclear energy, emphasizing the Chernobiyl disaster. (12) Nader and Gravel push their views on guns across the country as support for the assault weapons ban grows. (19) A new poll that shows 62% of Americans believe 3rd parties who are on the ballot in enough states to receive 270 electoral votes should be included in the Presidential debates. (4) Nader’s view falls on deaf ears to most. +3 Nader sees his support grow once again. On 6/10/2022 at 8:06 AM, ShortKing said: 1. (5) Grassley will once again not endorse Bush. (16) Craig Thomas will endorse Bush at the final rally in Wyoming. (15) With Buchanan in freefall mode after a poor final week Bush makes a great gain among evangelicals. +8 Bush continues to see his momentum grow. On 6/10/2022 at 9:04 AM, Zenobiyl said: 1. (8) Hillary’s rally in Cedar Rapids was smaller and worrisome due to Wellstone’s support. (11) Women like Hillary I guess… she’s mid tier among women voters (who mostly are raving about Dole, Wellstone and Bush) +6 Clinton continues to see her campaign come back alive. (12) Branstad endorses Quayle in fear of a Buchanan win. +2 Quayle hopes to pull off the Hawkeye state of Bush underperforms. On 6/10/2022 at 12:49 PM, Cenzonico said: 1. While everyone else is busy fighting over Iowa, Weld stays put in New Hampshire. This week he will do something different by targeting mothers across the state. He uses his cutting edge plans for education and health care as an appeal. 2. Weld has yet to get a big name endorsement so far. That is about to hopefully change. Bill seeks out the endorsement of GOP heavyweight Jack Kemp hoping to boost his credibility with the party establishment. 3. Weld thanks his supporters in Iowa for their steadfast support of his campaign even when it has been made clear that he has no intention of contesting the state. That being said, he asks all of his Iowa supporters to not vote for him in the upcoming caucus and instead move to support anybody else except Pat Buchanan. (9) Weld is mildly criticized for not going to Iowa but readies himself for New Hampshire (13) Jack Kemp is quoted as saying “I think Weld is probably the best option we have, but that isn’t an official endorsement, I’m undecided.” (18) Weld’s plea makes sure the majority of his supporters go anywhere except Buchanan. +3 Weld builds an army of support in Iowa hoping to use it as a springboard. Trump will participate in a local golf tournament within a Philadelphia suburb, in an attempt to make himself seem more down to earth. (8) “Let me get back to you later Donald, let’s have lunch with the Jeffrey fella in New York next weekend.” - Bill Clinton (17) Trump completely blasts Buchanan who’s already had a bad week. (11) Trump’s golf partner is… Grimace? Okay then… +1 Trump once again sees his support grow. On 6/12/2022 at 10:07 AM, The Blood said: 1. Buchanan will campaign in Iowa, stating that the other Republican candidates support the "homo agenda". Pat will state that Quayle, Bush, Dole, and especially Weld are "far too sympathetic to the sinful crusade of the gays", and that he will "show no mercy" to the "gay agenda" which is "infecting our children" as President. 2. Buchanan will take a trip to Wyoming, raving against the "Washington elite" who wish to "change the makeup of our country" with their "open border policy". Buchanan will state that he will defend America's borders, people, and culture as President. Final Iowa Push: Buchanan will do a final tour of rural Iowa, hitting home his protectionist and nativist message, and portraying himself as the only candidate outside of the "establishment game" in DC. (6) Buchanan’s attacks on his opponents is seen as flailing. (5) Buchanan is blasted by Dick Cheney who calls Buchanan a “Turncoat nazi-loving bastard” (3) Buchanan is blasted by many conservatives who fear a loss to Democrats a 3rd election in a row. -6 Buchanan’s campaign is in chaos on the day of the Caucus with Buchanan berating staffers in Iowa for the collapse of his Iowa campaign. Final Iowa Push: Feingold blankets the state with Ads about his voting record, and holds a GOTV rally in Des Moines, as well as traveling to college campuses across the state. (3) Apparently Harkin was so pissed he said “fuck it” and endorsed Bernie. (10) Feingold is overshadowed by Clinton and Wellstone’s rallies.
