I gotta say, they were all on the cusp but I'm not sure i can put any in top 100.

Yeah, maybe I'm not feeling generous today.  Voted for Ataturk and Da Vinci

I could argue them all out, but I could argue a few of them in.

I think Lao Tzu might be the top of this list. Da Vinci clearly would be if his inventions were actually implemented. I remember seeing his drawing of a tank.
