Arkansas Progressive Posted September 25, 2022 Share Posted September 25, 2022 The ideology of the Speaker and Senate Majority Leader (or President Pro Tempore if Maj Leader isn’t created yet) have a 25% chance of increasing +1 enthusiasm in favor of the Speaker/Sen Maj Leader’s party. The ideology of the House Minority Leader and Senate Minority Leader have a 25% chance of increasing +1 enthusiasm in favor of the Minority Leaders’ party.. @vcczar is this faction ideology enthusiasm or party preference?
