Also because I know he's getting settled in I checked @Willthescout7 factions. He doesn't have any new kingmakers or any with leadership that can take on another.

On a similar note, I believe that all of @Cal’s kingmakers are under age 35 and can’t take on protégés yet, so I think that’s it for kingmakers this turn?

Ideologies/Cards/Interests/Lobbies done.

We now move onto Congressional Leadership.  @10centjimmy JimmyMod, you are President of the Continental Congress.  Please delegate the committee assignments, post it here, and update the CC Leadership Tab.

The President of the CC "must come from the current delegates of the Continental Congress. Election as President of the Continental Congress will remove the “obscure” trait, and gives a 20% chance each of gaining “Leadership,” +1 Legis ability, and +1 Command ability. This position earns 50 pts for the player each time a politician is elected or reelected during this phase."  Franklin gains Leadership, +1 Leg, and +1 Command (he rolled 1, 1, 2 on a 10 sided die so he gets it all).

"There are no restrictions for the CC for Chair or members, so long as they are delegates."

Action to @10centjimmy
