This includes all sexes, races, and so on. My question for you all is when you are doing people for the game have you considered Native leaders to add in case one of us has the Sioux for instance on our side so we can have President Sitting Bull or General Red Cloud or Admiral Crazy Horse? I have about 30 or so Native American leaders that could become playable, including those you name. More will likely be added at some point.
