Starting a new playtest is a HUGE undertaking run by our volunteers (including me), so while you may get lucky that someone steps up to create a new one, it’s more likely that a position will open up in an existing playtest. That may or may not be in the modern timeframe, of course. To be selected for a playtest when there’s an opening, you have to meet two criteria: 1) You either backed the Kickstarter or pre-ordered the game. 2) You earn Vcczar’s approval as he created the game and closely controls who can receive the files for obvious reasons.
