You don't know how happy it makes me that it's 6:00 EST and still sunny. I'm not an early riser and when DST is going on I feel like I get more out of my day.

I am; as in most things other than civil rights, a champion for the status quo.  I’ve literally never felt an impact, even when I used to work overnights.

I absolutely hate that we switch clocks like to save what??? I would prefer an always DST.

In all honesty, my biggest problem is that as far as I know, there's not many reasons nowadays to keep sticking with changing our clocks twice a year for daylight savings. I know it used to be for farmers primarily if I'm not mistaken, but I don't really know what other reasons there are currently.

They tried permanent DST before.  It was very unpopular because kids had to wait at pitch dark bus stops on school mornings.  Nothing has changed to prevent that.
