I've lurked here for a bit, but I just joined and started posting this morning. 3. I should be able to do that without any issues. I generally know my work schedule roughly a week in advance so I should be able to respond to each turn within 24 hours without a problem. And I've never done a playtest before. I have just put in Governor Actions for the game and he is loading the people and should be done within a day or two. We will continue to build this week hope to start next week! Please make sure if you have not played ever to get in touch with V to be approved. I wanted to let you know my vision. The game will start in January 1869 after Grant has been elected but before being sworn in. The congress that was elected in 1868 will be in place. We will go through drafting of new politicians for each faction and then hopefully by the end of next week be doing leadership for the congress. I will carefully explain all steps as we come to it. I am going to ignore who was Speaker of the House and who was President Pro Tem in 1869 (only leadership positions we have at this point I think) to allow you all to elect people.
