Fwiw, Colin Kaepernick was adopted and got that last name from his white parents. Obviously that doesn’t mean there aren’t other black people with the same last name, just mentioning in case you think it’s worth adjusting the frequency. It's for Era of the Early Future and Era of the Distant Future primarily.
