Alright, to keep this going with a little bit of added fun. I'm going to design a playoff for all sections and then a "finals" to determine who's the GOAT. Candidates like FDR recurring more than once in a section will still be put up against just 1 person. 

Mainly I'm going to do people with the same percentages against each other, or the closest to each other. So for example, LBJ vs Biden. FDR vs JFK. etc. 

 

This is now a simple matter of who do you like more/who do you think is better etc. But feel free to imagine it as a hypothetical election between the two. Not like that'd change your mind anyways haha.
