Seems unlikely to ever have a scandal. Most importantly, I'd feel safer if he succeeded me rather than some further down in the list! Plus, a Southerner and a Midwesterner checks plenty of boxes for an election campaign.) Secretary of State: @Edouard (Clear choice. Well versed in several languages, studies human rights law, and generally agrees on political issues. Not a better option on the liberal side of things!) Secretary of Treasury: @Sean F Kennedy (Agree on most issues, helps bring more balance to the cabinet.) Attorney General: @Dobs (We have some ideological differences, but I think at the end of the day he'd respect his job is to be a member of the presidents cabinet rather than lead any ideological crusade. We have similar agendas on civil liberties at any rate!) Secretary of Defense: @MrPotatoTed (A bit more interventionalist than I'd like, but I think that he'd make the best fit of the entire forum) Secretary of Interior: @jnewt Secretary of Agriculture: @Pringles (Good crossover pick.) Secretary of Commerce: @themiddlepolitical (similar to Jnewt, we haven't spoken much 1 on 1 but would agree on a lot of things.) Secretary of Labor: @vcczar (A policy wonk and cares a lot about the issue. That should be about enough said there, more qualified than some picks that have been floated on random reddit forums 😛 ) Secretary of Urban Development: @Fbarbarossa (The UK is more... urban?) Secretary of Transportation: @Kingthero. Secretary of Energy: @SilentLiberty (Has a level head and seems able to handle a job that's far more technical than people would expect.) Secretary of Education: @Rodja (A good bit more progressive than myself, but he's a teacher just like @Kitten but has been at it for longer. Sorry, Kitten!) Secretary of Veteran's Affairs: @The Blood (Seems pretty well versed on mental health issues. If there's one thing I know from those who have served IRL that I'm friends with, it's that treatment needs to be destigmatized.) Secretary of Homeland Security: @WVProgressive (Would likely be a good choice for scaling down the responsibilities of this role as she by and large is opposed to it. I didn't place you in Russia because it's such a focus country and I'd need someone that would be more in line with my views.
