This is a pretty stacked draft, although top-heavy for Blue. John Rodgers is one of the great admirals of US history. He's only military so his draft value is deceptive. He's a great choice if a spot opens for another admiral. If not, he won't score you anything. Sally Hemings would require three things occurring: 1) slavery abolished. 2) Blacks can vote. 3) Women can vote.
