I averaged together the 21 major presidential rankings. I gave 5 pts to someone at the top of a list, subtracted 5 pts for someone at the bottom of a list, gave 3 pts for 1st quartile, 1 pt for 2nd q, minus 1 for 3rd q, and minus 3 for 4th q. I think divided this by the number of polls they've been in. Here's the ranking:
