Rezi
CONGRESSIONAL PHASE You are restricted to only 1 spending bill due to the budget being in the gutter. Proposals can be made by the following Senators: @10centjimmyTN Senator John Rhea @HestiaGA Senator Francis Willis @HestiaMA Senator Elbridge Gerry @WVProgressiveMD Senator Thomas Stone @10centjimmyVT Senator Jonathan Robinson @matthewyoung123NH Senator David Morril Proposals can be made by the following Representatives: @CalRepresentative Noah Webster @Arkansas ProgressiveRepresentative James Breckinridge @ConservativeElector2Representative Pleasant Gardens McDowell @CalRepresentative Ambrose Spencer @ConservativeElector2Representative Thomas Hartley @Arkansas ProgressiveRepresentative Nathaniel Chipman So it seems we've been doing 12 proposals per Chamber so far in this playtest, when it should be 6. I don't know if that's a recent rule change or a gaffe on our end. But that seems to make me understand why I felt that we were burning through possible legislation too quickly. 😛

The historical era limitations is a new thing from Vcczar.
