The game was reffed different not to mention the pace of play has changed. It was a team game back then, players today just care about individual stats. So many other things he did that don't go on the scoreboard. Calhoun will always be my goat, Harris ain't even his shadow. Harris was VP in an era where the greatest political threat was plumbers, Calhoun's era was actually physical. You could duel and shoot someone no question back then. Try to do that now and you get fouled, probably flagrant. Politics isn't a game played on a stat sheet, it's a game won in the hearts and minds of people.
