Biden really got Charlotte behind him, and Robeson County turned sharply against Democrats, preferring Trump in both elections but massively so in 2020. It's the only key county in which Trump gained. Biden could win if he could win some of those voters back for Democrats, while maintaining the big numbers in Mecklenburg Co. College turnout is a must in Orange County (Chapel Hill).
