U of Houston's Presidential Ranking (Corrected)

I've decided to readjust the ranking released by the U of Houston because I don't approve of the bias, even though I like the results of the bias. As such, I've decided to inflate the "Republican" surveyors so that they equal the "Democrat" surveyors.

This is the result that we get--the number on the right is the avg rank between the two parties. The number on the left is where they rank overall. There may be a difference:

  1. Lincoln, 1
  2. Washington, 2
  3. FDR, 3
  4. T Roosevelt, 4
  5. Jefferson, 6
  6. Truman, 7
  7. Eisenhower, 9
  8. LBJ, 9
  9. Clinton, 11
  10. Obama, 11
  11. JFK, 12
    1. *I don't think he served long enough or had enough accomplishments for this high of a rank.
  12. Reagan, 12
  13. Madison, 14
  14. Wilson, 15
  15. GHW Bush, 15
  16. Monroe, 17
  17. Jackson, 17
  18. J Adams, 18
  19. McKinley, 21
  20. Grant, 21
  21. Biden, 22
  22. Taft, 22
  23. Polk, 24
    1. *I don't like Polk, or his land grab, but it happened. This seems low on the ranking to me.
  24. Carter, 24
  25. JQ Adams, 25
    1. *He had the potential to be a top 5, but he accomplished nothing because of a stubborn opposition. He shouldn't be this high, even though he's personal favorite of mine.
  26. Ford, 25
  27. Cleveland, 26
  28. GW Bush, 26
    1. *This is ridiculous. His presidency was basically 80% blunders, which includes a destablized Middle East a that is still legacy to his unneccesary war in Iraq.
  29. Van Buren, 29
  30. Coolidge, 29
  31. Nixon, 30
  32. Arthur, 32
  33. Hayes, 32
  34. B Harrison, 33
    1. *He was a failure in his own time, but he accomplished so much lasting, and so much goodin one-term after the fact. He should rank higher. Vastly underrated.
  35. Garfield, 33
  36. Taylor, 37
    1. *I understand the placement, but he should be reconsidered for siding with free states and also threatening invasion if any state secedes. He said he'd personally lead the army.
  37. Hoover, 37
  38. Tyler, 38
  39. Fillmore, 39
  40. Harding, 40
  41. WH Harrison, 42
  42. Pierce, 43
  43. Trump, 43
    1. *He or Buchanan should be last. That is, Andrew Johnson was a better president than Trump.
  44. A Johnson, 44
  45. Buchanan, 45
