OrangeP47
Some of this *may* seem incoherent, but I tried to answer "as worded", and it's a bit difficult for me personally because as we saw in the forum primary a lot of my positions are kind of esoteric. For example, for 20, Humanitarianism, I would not be considered a pacifist because while I think the use of force needs to constrained, considered, and based on humanitarian values, unlike an actual pacifist I believe there are certain situations where intervention is nessisary, but I'm all in on multi-culturalism, so it evens out to a 3. Likewise, I have lots of insanely far left positions, but they'd disappoint the "mainstream far left" (if you know what I mean) because they're not based on the same principles as a lot of the current talking points. It can be summed up as agreeing with the goals of the LW Pops, but not the methods, and I'm very focused on methods based solutions, so I "downgrade" myself to more of a progressive-liberal. I think we're likely like 85% aligned, but I don't think "most people" would agree with your definition of pacifism. Most would equate it with isolation, I'd wager. Most would equate it with isolation, I'd wager. Oh, and in some cases I'd go to war if an ally is invaded and it is likely they couldn't defend themselves without us intervening. In all wars, boots on the ground are a last resort. I would instantly destroy all known military buildings or anything to do with military-industrial complex. If they persist, I'd probably bomb their government buildings. I wouldn't target anything in a residential zone. I would be among the last to go to war, but I'd be as aggressive as possible against that goverment and military, but I would work equally as hard at avoiding citizen casualties. I know i wouldn't fit most definitions of pacifism, but I still consider myself that. I would avoid wars that I think 90% of Americans would support.

Blockmon
0 = This voter bloc would either strongly oppose me or have no opinion of me. They likely wouldn't vote for me. 1 = This voter bloc would be seriously disappointed by my nomination, but not enough to refuse to vote for me. 3 = This voter bloc would be okay with my nomination, but they'd prefer about half the other candidates ideally. 5 = While I'm not the ideal candidate for this voter bloc, they would still be eager to vote for me if I were the nominee. 7 = I am a close to ideal nominee for this voting bloc, and I would certainly energize them at the polls. I think we talked about that before, and when it comes to culture I am certainly more interested in places that are overlooked on a regular basis. So yeah here I would choose the "flyover country" like South Dakota. However, if we put politics and personal interests aside I prefer the commodities of more global places. I have never lived in rural areas and have always lived in a very liberal city so I can handle that. I think Los Angeles and NYC are the top places I'd like to live in. I also appreciate the Northern VA/MD area to be close to DC, in order to land a government job more easily. Indeed, and it may be off topic, but those 2020-2023 population figures that are going around that show NY and CA drastically decreasing... that's because of the covid immigration slowdown. It's entirely normally, historically, for more people to move out of those states than in domestically, but usually it's offset by foreigners immigrating to the big cities in those states, because most immigrants would rather live in NYC or LA (etc) than in South Dakota. Turn off that faucet for two years, and the results are predictable, but it isn't really indicative of anything political.
