jvikings1 Posted August 3, 2021 Share Posted August 3, 2021 No way this can hold up in court. It is a slap in the face to the principle that the burden of proof is on those who bring the charges. This is one of the reasons that hate crime laws are ridiculous and actually pervert justice. Punish the crime. Don't try to assume the thoughts. Hopefully an injunction is put in place immediately to stop it from going into effect. I am typically not a fan of court injunctions, but this is an example where it is necessary because long term damage could result without one.
