Pointless to debate arbitrary ratings of course, but you're doing my boy W dirty again.  ;c)

The man had integrity in spades.  He was sometimes wrong about things, but that was due to a poor rating on the "Issues", not "integrity."

If he said he was going to do something, he did it.  I'm not aware of any action he took during his presidency for personal gain -- it was all because he sincerely believed that it was for the best of the country.  You can say he was wrong about that, and that's fine, but that has nothing to do with integrity.

Outstanding leadership too, for that matter.

As I've said before, he's not, "doing your W dirty again," Bush is dirty. The (Un)Patriot Act, the Iraq War and it's flimsy, contrived, lie of a casus belli, torture and other criminal atrocities in Guantanamo Bay, and other shit are NOT a sign of, "integrity," in a leader. Quite the opposite. But you seem to be just as worshipful of Bush, and incapable of seeing his glaring flaws, lies, crimes, and betrayals, as a radical Trumpist is of Trump.

Show me where he gained from any of that, and you’ll convince me.

But as far as I can tell, he spends his days painting portraits of the men who were injured under his watch, and donating the profits, as penance.

He is not the evil mastermind you pretend that he is, just because he disagrees with you.

His own personal profits are not the only possible factor at play. It seems obvious there many very evil, wicked, and manipulative individuals (like Count Richard of Cheney, a cadet house of Dracul and Bathory, the Dark Lord of the Sith, for instance) and organizations (like Haliburton, which Cheney was a shareholder in, the CIA, the world's largest, most prolific, and most well-funded terrorist organization - how ironic for a, "War on Terror," - that his Daddy had lead once, and the ominous shadow on U.S. politics that is the Theocratic Absolute Monarchy that does share, and is opposed to, Western values and ideals, of Saudi Arabia), that had highly undue influence and sway on his Administration, and it seemed he capitulated to a lot of their evil, and such passive support is also a form of a lack of integrity. In many Governments in history, around the world, the one holding the title or office of apex power is not always the one running the show, de facto. I, more and more, believe this may very well be case with the George W. Bush Administration.

Even if we assume that you are correct...how is this a reflection of George W Bush's integrity?  If he was truly a puppet, not knowing the manner in which he was being manipulated, how is that HIS crime?
