A self proclaimed Moderate Conservative, is beloved by his state for his undying loyalty to their key issues. In Washington, he's nothing more than a tried and true wheeler and dealer in the mold of Donald Rumsfeld. Can he bring that mentality to the Presidency? 2) Haliburton and Big Oil PAC.
