Where are the list two options from the previous poll?

None of them received 5 votes. Artsakh and Kosovo received 4. None of the Above received 8...

Probably those 8 were by people who believe the gripes and issues of those nations should be ignored, or not considered legitimate, and that recognizing them as having no right no nationhood and being well-served under the auspices of the nation, "officially recognized," as governing them, despite that nation being hostile to them, wanting to deny them rights, dignity, national status, self-determination, or even basic protections (similar to Israel over Palestine or China over Tibet or Xinjiang - not much different at all). I admit, Sealand is the exception in this dire situation, but the view of non-recognition and opposition to nationhood and self-determination of these nations (along with Palestine, Tibet, and Xinjiang), and just to want to bury legitimate concerns and abuses, is hard to respect as a point-of-view, in general. I'm sorry.

Or it could just be that nobody knew enough about those countries to vote for them. I don’t know the first thing about Kosovo, or Northern Cyprus, let alone enough to consider them the ‘best nation in Europe’. Being completely honest, I’m a tad offended that you would imply I’m some authoritarian loving ‘national minorities can suck it’ douche bag based off of a silly forum poll :(.

I support Kosovo's indenpendence but that country has a lot of problems.Corruption, unstable government ,war criminals in Parliament and sometimes in governing coalition,i can hardly call it the best country in Europe with a state of affairs like that, but still it is better than Serbian occupation from Milosevic era.
