Rodja
2 hours ago, Cal said: Former Senator Rick Santorum announces his bid for the Republican presidential nomination, May 27th, 2015 As Middle America is hollowing out, we can’t sit idly by as big government politicians make it harder for our workers and then turn around and blame them for losing jobs overseas. Working families don’t need another President tied to big government or big money. And today is the day, today is the day we are going to begin to fight back. I am proud to stand here among you and for you, the American workers who have sacrificed so much, to announce that I am running for President of the United States. I'll offer a bold vision for America, one that’s clear and conservative, that has plans to reform and has a proven track record that I have in my time in service. Step one in taking back America, step one, let's scrap the corrupt federal tax code and the IRS that goes with it. all. We will shrink government, we will reduce spending, we will revoke every executive order and regulation – yeah. We will revoke every executive order and regulation that costs American jobs. We can create jobs, but as we’ve all seen America can't succeed unless we strengthen the first economy – the American family. It’s time we have a President who sees the struggle of working families in America not as an opportunity to divide us along race or class – but as a chance to unite us around the ideal that every child in America deserves her birthright – to be raised by her parents in a healthy home. Finally, we must take back America from those who seek to deny us our God-given rights of life and liberty. As President, I will stand for the principle that every life matters – the poor, the disabled, and the unborn. I will also fight for the freedom for you to believe what you are called to believe, not just in your places of worship, but outside of your places of worship too. Four years ago, well, no one gave us much of a chance. But we won 11 states. We got four million votes. And it’s not just because I stood for something. It’s because I stood for someone – the American worker. I promised then as I promise you now, I will take money and power out of Washington and put it back where our Constitution says it belongs – in the people who earned it. The last race, we changed the debate. This race, with your help, and God's Grace, we can change this nation Join us. Join us at RickSantorum.com. And let’s take back America. God Bless you. God Bless America." Event 2: Anyone with a few brain cells can run a decent campaign and receive a few votes in the presidential primaries. However, winning campaigns for the highest office in the United States are launched on the backs of brilliant minds; campaign advisors and senior strategists that assemble to paint their candidate as what America needs and control the narrative every step along the way. As such, Rick Santorum will tap political guru John Brabender to manage his 2016 presidential campaign. Brabender has worked on all of Santorum's campaigns thus far, and is credit with his success in 2012. A campaign without John is hardly a campaign that Rick wants to run at all. Hopefully Brabender accepts the invitation to work for his old boss and can call in some favors to give Santorum the boost he needs to start the primaries off right with donors and endorsers. Event 3: The first stop of the campaign will be to, of course, Iowa. Iowa is a breeding ground for American conservatism, and historically its where social conservatives such as Santorum have thrived in the early stages of the primaries. In Des Moines, Rick will speak to voters on our duty to protect the lives of the unborn, and how he will stand up for family values like no other candidate in the race can do. Event 4: Back in Iowa! Santorum will denounce Obamacare as wasteful, and come out in support of a full repeal as expected. Event 5: New Hampshi... nah, we're still in Iowa. We need to lower taxes, or so that's what Santorum told a crowd of people in Davenport. Downballot: Daryll Glenn announces his campaign for the Colorado Senate seat. John Kennedy announces his campaign for the Louisiana Senate seat. Sharron Angle announces her campaign for the Nevada Senate seat. @Dobsis already running Glenn while @Cenzonicois already running Angle so you should pick different two candidates. You can also do legislative and governor actions if you want to
Rodja
JUNE 2015 TURN SUMMARY POTUS ACTIONS Obama Speech on Syria @Hestia Rolls a 7! Obama sounds like a leader who knows what he is doing on Syria, giving some hope that this foreign political quagmire will be solved soon, but actions would be of more value than words. PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN EVENTS Nikki Haley Campaign @Dobs Rolls:5,4,4,1,5 June wasn't a good month for Haley campaign but it wasn't a bad one either. Her launch was just a plain average, very well received by her base but not really expanding it,she definitely has a shot at the nomination but she will have to fight for it.She spent the rest of her month touring early states trying to win endorsements from major figures, but all she got was praise from Sen.Scott,Gov.Branstad and Sen.Ayotte but they all stepped just short of full endorsement. On the other side,Gov.Sandoval refused to even meet with Haley driving news cycle crazy talking about his snub of Haley's campaign, overshadowing all events she held in NV this month. John Kasich Campaign @WVProgressive Rolls:8,1,6,5,9 Kasich kicked off his campaign with a strong announcement rally getting attention of moderate Republicans and right leaning independents while not alienating more Conservative voters. His announcement was unfortunately followed by failed appeal to young voters leading Kasich to become laughing stock of online memes. After praising Haley Senator Ayottee decided to endorse Kasich for President at a rally in her home state of NH but endorsement didn't make much of an impact on voters minds.Kasich spent the rest of june pandering to rural voters in Iowa who liked what he had to say and will definitely consider supporting him.Overall,it was strong month for Kasich except with young voters. Rick Santorum Campaign @Cal Rolls:9,1,7,10,9 We could easily say Santorum had the best June of all 2016 presidential candidates.Santorum announcement was very well received not just amongst his conservative base but also amongst working class voters who might be crucial if the Republican party intends to win the White House.Santorum spent the rest of the month in Iowa where his strong conservative message resonated very well. The only major setback his campaign faced is Santorum’s old ally John Brabender refusing to be part of it in any substantial way. Donald Trump Campaign @Cenzonico Rolls:5,3,2,5 Trump had a weaker month than what he hoped for.His announcement was greeted with excitement from right wing of GOP but also with underestimation by pundits and establishment Republicans who believe Trump "isn't serious about it" and "will never be nominee".After the announcement Trump spent the rest of june in Iowa where neither rural nor city voters were too enthusiastic about supporting his campaign. Charlie Crist Campaign @Kitten Rolls:9,9,5,10,9 June was a very good month for Charlie Crist with his announcement getting a lot of media and voter attention. His message of free trade, immigration reform and strong foreign policy resonated well with the voters and made Crist a popular centrist alternative to both Democratic establishment and left wing politics. His promise of tax cuts for middle class wasn't received as well as liberals on Twitter call him out as "closet Tea Party Republican" and some more liberal voters fell for it. Brian Schatz Campaign @Fbarbarossa Rolls:5,2,4,1 Schatz have certainly hoped for a better first month for his campaign than this. After a plain average announcement came a below average month on campaign trail. His social investment plan failed to really impress anyone as Schatz seemingly failed to articulate it as an exciting policy but rather as just a robotic list of proposals. His Gradual Healthcare plan went over a bit better but still fell short as progressives wanted him to push full single payer and moderates want to stick with ACA. Joe Biden Campaign @The Blood Rolls:6,1,1,10,2 June was a real mixed bag for Biden campaign. His announcement was well received but then came the series of gaffes. He stuttered his way through Obamacare and made some insensitive comments while meeting African American leaders, just to finish with calling Trump Bush at a rally in TX.It would have been just a terrible month if he haven't held a series of very successful rallies in NV rallying Lations for "Tio Joe".Joe starts the race as a clear frontrunner, all he has to do is not screw it up with another series of gaffes. Julian Castro Campaign @Hestia Rolls:4,2,10,4,2 Castro Campaign didn't have the best first month. His announcement didn't gather the attention he wanted although it was liked by those who heard about it.His pledge of Medicare for All Who Want It is criticised as just a policy platitude by pundits and voters alike. He is received very well in NV where he will have a close competition with VP Biden as they are both very popular in the state. He fails to appeal to voters in NH and does just a bit better in IA. DOWNBALLOT CAMPAIGNS MainstreamReps Downballot @Dobs (All your candidates candidates will count, but since its limited to 3 downballot events I did rolls only for 2015 elections as they are a priority right now.) Rolls:6,10,2 KY Gov:Jenean Hampton gets a decent launch, but fails in unifying KY GOP. LA Gov:Ltd.Gov.Dardenne unites the GOP with a very successful launch and is unlikely to face any primary opposition. MS Gov:Gov.Bryant looks very weak and unconvincing announcing reelection bid, opening some room for primary challengers and giving some hope to Democrats. Daryll Glenn(MainstremRep+ConRep) for Colorado @Dobs@Cal Rolls a 10! CO Sen:Despite Glenn belonging to MainstreamRep faction he won endorsements of many notable Conservative Republicans which helped make his strong start even stronger.CO GOP is unified behind Daryll Glenn hoping to be able to pick up a seat next year. ModReps Downballot @WVProgressive Rolls:10,5,7 NV Sen:Brian Sandoval announcement is a hit with both Republicans and independents boosting GOP hopes of picking up a Senate seat. VT Gov:Phil Scott announcement makes no real impact,Republicans support him but its not enough to win in VT unless he expands his base. NH Gov:Sununu is a strong candidate, but is he strong enough to win Granite State? PopReps Downballot @Cenzonico Rolls:7,9,6 NC Gov: Bradley has a chance to be the nominee, but many Republicans doubt his general election chances and call for a more moderate candidate to enter the race. WI Sen:Sen.Johnson has a very strong start for his reelection bid boosting his chances of keeping the seat. NV Sen:Sharon Angle's start is not bad but it seems like she will have hard time winning a primary against Gov.Sandoval ConReps Downballot @Cal Rolls:2,5 LA Sen:State Treasurer Kennedy joins the race for LA Senate seat running in the primary against Gov.Bobby Jindal. He gets a pretty weak start and will face an uphill battle against popular Governor. NV Sen:Santorum endorses Angle(PopRep candidate) at a rally in NV joined by local notable ConRep figures, but this endorsement makes little impact on the race and Gov.Sandoval is still a heavy favorite to win the primary. BlueDogs Downballot @Kitten Rolls:3,8 AZ Sen:Almost nobody even cares about Sinema announcement, since Dems don't believe they really have a shot against McCain KY Gov:Grimes got instant endorsement from Gov.Beshear boosting her chances against Hampton and any potential primary opponents ModDems Downballot @The Blood Rolls:9,5,5 KY Gov:Abramson has a very powerful launch indicating it will be a close primary against Beshrar-endorsed Grimes as polls indicate he has better chances against Hampton in general election. MS Gov:Travis Childers didn't get a strong start he needs to be competitive, leaving Gov.Bryant weakness as Dems only hope. LA Gov:Landrieu's launch was nothing spectacular and he doesn't have much of a chance against a strong candidate like Lt.Gov.Dardeen ProgDems Downballot @Fbarbarossa Rolls:6,8,10 WI Sen:Feingold is well received as entry to the race, but some Democrats are skeptical about nominating the guy who lost once already. CA Sen:De Leon is a strong candidate to succeed Sen.Boxer if she chooses not to run. OH Sen:Kucinich announcement is an absolute hit boosting Democrats hopes for beating Portman and winning OH Senate seat! LibDems Downballot @Hestia Rolls:8,10,1 IL Sen:Underwood has a fairly good launch for her campaign, exciting the base young black liberal. OH Sen:Cordray enters the race with a splash and his nomination would be guaranteed if his primary opponent was another political rockstar Dennis Kucinich. This will definitely be one of more close primaries next year and Sen.Portman has something to be worried about whoever is the nominee. PA Sen:McGinty is greeted with emails controversy,as she is involved in Clinton emails scandal,as soon as she joins the race.Thats everything everybody talks about in PA harming McGintys chances to win. LEGISLATIVE EVENTS McConnell ACA Repeal Effort @Dobs Rolls a 7! McConnell ACA repeal effort results in series of speeches by GOP Senators putting the issue back in national spotlight but doesn't go much further. Cheney Iran Deal Motion @Dobs Rolls a 9! Motion passes both in Senate and in Congress, bringing Iran Deal to Senate for special committee hearings next month. Kirk Equality Act @WVProgressive Rolls a 6! Kirk's Equality Act is supported by mostly Democrats and moderate Republicans but it doesn't gather enough support to become a major piece of legislation. Diaz-Ballart Energy Subsidies Act @WVProgressive Rolls a 6! Diaz-Ballart Energy Subsidies Act has the same fate as Kirks Equality Act,not gathering enough support to be major. GOVERNOR EVENTS Nikki Haley Bans Confederate Flag @Dobs Rolls a 3! The move is praised by liberals and moderates but some conservatives are furious by this move and don't hesitate to harshly criticise Haley. Alaska allows Civil Unions @WVProgressive Rolls a 5! Walker was a moderate Republican anyway so this action doesn't hurt him a lot.He is praised nationally, the only downside is Conservative Alaska Republicans like Gov.Palin criticising the move. LePage gets rid of income tax! @Cenzonico Rolls a 9! The referendum passes!Maine just got rid of income tax on Gov.LePage's initiative! This earns Gov.LePage praise as a role model for national Tea Party movement and certainly helped raise his national profile. Rodja
JUNE 2015 MEDIA HEADLINES Special thanks to @Sean F Kennedy Fox News: Governor Nikki Haley snubbed by Governor Sandoval @Dobs Bill O’Reilly: Embarrassing moment for Presidential candidate Nikki Haley, Governor of South Carolina as she hopes to add the very next state after hers in the Republican presidential primaries to her side, unfortunately for her governor Brian Sandoval, the popular republican governor of Nevada had refused to even meet with her. This has been confirmed to Fox News by a staffer from Governor Sandoval‘s office. It is currently unknown whether it is political or personal but nevertheless it is very embarrassing for Nikki Haley. Fox News:Joe Biden calls Trump "Bush" on campaign trail. @The Blood Tucker Carlson: George W.Bush,43rd President of the United States just broke the constitution and decided to run for non consecutive 3rd term he is ineligible for,if its to believe Joe Biden.VP Biden proclaimed at a rally in TX that Democrats will win there if Bush is GOP nominee,of course he meant Trump controversial NY billionaire but that's Joe the gaffe machine. But he got one thing right, chances of Bush running for 3rd term and blue TX are same,ZERO! CNN : Charlie Crist Campaign has a wonderful First month @Kitten Jake Tapper: In a complete shocker to most of the political world Former Republican Governor Charlie Crist had a very positive reception in the first month of his campaign in the Democratic presidential primaries, the first only area where he faltered was by being chastised by liberal Democrats for his promise of more tax cuts. CNN:Kasich Campaign well received in Iowa @WVProgressive Wolf Blitzer:On the Republican side,OH Gov John Kasich is making some gains. He had a strong series of rallies in rural IA this month indicating he might have the chance at winning the first caucus, and good news for Gov.Kasich doesn't end there,he also got the endorsement from NH Senator Ayotte.Kasich seems like a serious early contender and we are eager to see how this develops. MSNBC : Progressive Democrats disappointed with Schantz’s first month @Fbarbarossa Ed Schultz: Many progressive Democrats are a little disappointed with Brian Schantz’s initial launch that went from lukewarm to less enthusiastic. Many were disappointed that he didn’t take the position of a single payer system. Time will tell if the Hawaii Senator can turn things around. MSNBC:Feingold enters the race for his old seat,Democrats skeptical of his chances @Fbarbarossa Rachel Maddow:The familiar face is back in Wisconsin!Fmr.Sen.Russ Feingold is running to win his old seat back from Sen.Ron Johnson, who unseated him 6 years ago.Progressives are excited to see Feingold run again but amongst the Democratic strategists you can hear whispers about worries that Feingold might not be able to win, since he already lost to Johnson ones. One thing is certain,it won't be easy. New York Times: Portman “worried” about race against Democratic rockstars Kucinich or Cordray @Fbarbarossa @Hestia Insiders in Ohio’s GOP are worried about Sen.Portman's reelection chances since both of the Democratic Candidates, left wing populist Kucinich and liberal Cordray get enthusiastic welcome to the race by Ohio voters. "We are terrified.Democrats have two very popular candidates in the race,it doesn't really matter if its Kucinich or Cordray,Portman is going to have a very tough time next year.We hope he can pull it out but we are not optimistic"said Ohio Republican strategist who requested to stay anonymous. New York Times:Santorum Campaign gets a strong start even without his major ally @Cal Rick Santorum is running for President. His “political guru” John Brabender was offered the job as a campaign manager but he rejected it,neither Santorum campaign nor Mr.Brabender answered our calls to comment on this.Meanwhile,Santorum campaign had a very strong start with high approval from both conservative base and blue collar workers. POLITICO: Paul Lepage rallies conservatives by abolishing Maine’s income tax @Cenzonico National Tea Party Republicans may have found a new hero in Paul LePage who just abolished the state’s income tax. Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin was quoted saying “It’s time for us to show those tax and spend liberals how states should be run, I plan along with other Republican Governors to expand this idea across our nation. Thank you Governor LePage!” POLITICO: NV loves Biden and Castro.Who will they vote for? @Hestia @The Blood Democratic presidential primaries campaign was most interesting to follow in NV this month since voters found their soulmates, two of them actually.Biden and Castro both had very strong month exciting the base in NV,where they significantly overperformed their performances in other states and won voters hearts. "There is not a Democrat in Nevada who doesn't like either Biden or Castro, with many liking both of them.It is too early but I would be ready to bet my house on a close caucus in NV between those two.Whoever is the nominee, this is very positive for our party chances to carry the state in november"said the democratic activist and community organizer from NV

Cenzonico
Obergeffel v Hodges Their is not a PopRep judge so I can't respond. The Donald 1. Trump campaigns in the Great Lone Star state. The state Texas is full of wonderful people who will love the Donald once they get to know him. Trump attacks Biden on his gaffe going on to state "Jooooe Biden! boooooo I know I know. Good old Joe just proved once again he is worthy of the title "gaffe machine"! The guy has the audacity to suggest that the great Conservative stronghold of Texas would even dare to go Democratic! And thats not even the worse part. He refers to me as Bush! hahaha George W. Bush is running for a third term folks! ... Alright alright we had our fun with Joe, but now it's time to focus on the real issues people..." 2. Donald Trump campaigns in New Hampshire where he brings promises of reform and his outsider credentials to the ground campaign. He will rally voters disillusioned with our broken system and those who feel betrayed by the broken promises brought to you by the Obama administration. Together we can Make America Great Again. 3. Trump then holds a rally in a city that probably won't give him the best reception, Boston. He does who he did in New Hampshire and talk reform. "Let me tell you all a fact. Our system is broken! It's corrupt! The crooked politicians in D.C. love to say "oh everything is fine" but the American people as well as I can see that is blatantly false. We need change people. We need to start anew. We need to Drain the Swamp! 4/5. The Donald then crisscrosses the forgotten New York Upstate where he pledges to restore "dignity and respect" to the White House. Downballot 1. LePage will go forward with some more of his policy positions, he proposes the "Reformation for the Better" act through the state congress. Dobs
Haley 2016 1. Haley dusts herself off from the mediocre month and sets back out on the trail. She heads out to Nevada and, in Las Vegas, she rolls out her slogan "Morning in America" in an effort to remind the electorate of the sunny optimism of the Reagan era while pointing forward to the new chapter for the party and the nation she hopes to ring in. 2. Following this, and determined for a win, the Haley campaign hits back hard against the idea that Sandoval "refused" to meet with her and insists it was a scheduling conflict. Haley heads down to Miami, Florida and hopes to win the support of Senator Marco Rubio in an effort to bring Cuban-Americans into her coalition. She'll deliver a speech on comprehensive immigration reform and embrace the Reagan plank of a path to citizenship, easier path to immigration, and more border security and vigilance against undocumented labor. 4. Rick Santorum will take a trip to New Hampshire, hoping to shore out some conservative support in a state typically more friendly to moderate establishment candidates. Rick Santorum will come out swinging against the protectionist rhetoric that some populists in both parties have begun to espouse on live television, hoping to warm himself up to the moderate wing of the party and begin establishing himself as a consensus choice down the road. Finally, Rick Santorum will meet with Senator Ted Cruz and ask for his endorsement. Downballot John Boozman launches his reelection campaign for Arkansas Senate. Rodja
JULY 2015 TURN SUMMARY POTUS ACTIONS Obama Climate Plan @Hestia Rolls a 8! Obama's climate plan is strong, bold and realistic and earns praise from voters, pundits and scientists equally. PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN EVENTS Nikki Haley Campaign @Dobs Rolls:3,10,4,8,7 July was a definitely better month for Haley than June. Her strongest moment came in NV where she got a strong endorsement at a rally for their campaigns, explaining last months "snub" was indeed just a scheduling conflict. She got an endorsement from Frm.Sec.Rice this month as well and got praise but no endorsement from Sen.Rubio.Her appeal to suburban women went well but her weakest point was "Morning in America" speech when she is accused of plagiarising excerpts from Reagan. John Kasich Campaign @WVProgressive Rolls:3,4,1,8,10 July was a real mixed bag for Kasich who is running a moderate Conservative campaign. He had a productive conversation with Gov.Brian Sandoval of NV but he stopped short of giving Kasich his endorsement,Kasich then continued his campaign in NH where his message of tax cuts does little to impress those who aren't already his supporters.Kasich campaign suffered criticism from fiscal conservatives and deficit hawks after he pledged to not cut Social Security under any circumstances. His strong moments on campaign trail came when he pledged to repeal Obamacare and addressed foreign policy, which seems to be strongest issue for Kasich Campaign. Donald Trump Campaign @Cenzonico Rolls:9,2,8,3 Trump improved his position in the race a bit this month. His rally in TX mocking Biden's gaffe is covered by the media as atmosphere at the rally was more like entertaining spectacle than a political rally,he also surprised political world by holding an unexpectedly strong rally in Boston for a right wing candidate. On the other side New Hampshire and his home state of New York are not impressed with Donald's campaign. Rick Santorum Campaign @Cal Rolls:2,10,7,5,5 It wasn't really a bad month for Santorum,it was just weaker than the last one.His campaign is still an absolute hit in IA and he gets a warm reception in NH as well. His slamming of protectionism did little to expand his base as moderates already have candidates that fit them better.Sen.Cruz praised Santorum but stepped short of endorsement. The weakest point was his criticism of Obamacare without even trying to offer an alternative. Charlie Crist Campaign @Kitten Rolls:8,1,10,8,9 Crist had another strong month on the campaign trail with his campaign resonating strongly in early states. His SC fish fry was well attended and voters liked what they heard, his education plan is an absolute hit amongst voters that care about this issue, his church meeting in SC brought the attention and support of slightly conservative voters, his tax cuts plan overcame criticism from the left and resonated well amongst small buisness owners. His weakest moment came in rural Iowa where only 15 people attended his rally causing online mockery. Brian Schatz Campaign @Fbarbarossa Rolls:10,9,3,1,10 July was a stronger month for Schatz than the last one,but he had his ups and downs as well. His focus on early states seems to be resonating well since his social investment plan is very well received among Iowa rural voters that represent a large bloc in the state,he also had a good time at college campuses mobilizing young voters in support of his campaign, and also appealing to more moderate voters with his pledge of bipartisanship while holding his progressive base strong. What went wrong are his failed attempts to build up grassroots volunteer support while not having support strong enough to do it successfully. Joe Biden Campaign @The Blood Rolls:5,2,6,4,7 Biden didn't make any big gaffes this month but July just wasn't too strong for his campaign. He successfully appealed to moderates in NH although his message there left pundits wondering about his "Trump obsession",he also performed alright but nothing spectacular in CA,SC and IA while his momentum in NV seems to be slowing down in shadow of Julian Castro. Julian Castro Campaign @Hestia Rolls:6,4,2,10,4 July was overall weak month for Castro with some strong moments. He was at his best in NH indicating he might overperform expectations in Granite State. His army of supporters in NV keeps strong but fails to expand,he didn't do bad in eastern Iowa and his home state of TX but he didn't do good either. His weakest point was Cedar Rapids which might indicate Iowa will spell trouble for his campaign. DOWNBALLOT CAMPAIGNS MainstreamReps Downballot @Dobs Rolls:5,2,5 FL Sen:Rubio announcement was nothing spectacular and didn't bring much attention, his chances look good and Democrats will need a very strong candidate to defeat him. MD Sen:Szeliga has a very weak start and is almost certain to lose to Raskin or whoever Democrats put up next year. CT Sen:McMahon gets decent start but it's not good enough to have hope in a deeply blue state. ModReps Downballot @WVProgressive Rolls:10,3,1 OH Sen:Portman has the campaign launch he needed very badly with a well attended exciting kick off rally.OH Senate race is only getting more exciting every day. VT Gov:Scott’s “not that kind of Republican” speech fails to impress anyone as Democrats don’t want to vote for any kind of Republican and Republicans think he indicated there is something wrong about being a Republican. IL Sen:Mark Kirk launched his reelection bid with a gaffe blasting the Cook County REPUBLICAN Party as the most corrupt organization in history in apparent mix up that will give him a lot of bad press. ConReps Downballot @Cal Rolls:7,9,6 AR Sen:Sen.Boozman reelection bid is starting fairly well. KS Sen:Sen.Moran reelection announcement goes very strong and predictions indicate he is looking to guaranteed reelection. NC Sen:Sen.Burr has just a bit above average start but it could be enough to win in a red state. PopReps Downballot @Cenzonico Rolls:2,1,1 WI Sen:Rural Wisconsin voters seem not to like their Senator indicating potential problems for Johnson reelection bid. KY Sen:Paul reelection announcement rally was interrupted by left wing protesters which certainly wasn't a start he hoped for. GA Sen:Derrick Grayson is vilified by GA Republican circles for dividing the party by challenging incumbent Senator. BlueDogs Downballot @Kitten Rolls:1,6,4 LA Gov:John Bel Edwards has a bad start in his campaign not gathering neither support nor attention needed to win nomination. MS Gov:Frm.Sec.Espy gets stronger start than Childers last month but it is still an uphill battle for Democrats unless Gov.Bryant makes major mistakes KY Gov:Grimes campaign isn't doing bad but it lacks some real momentum. ModDems Downballot @The Blood Rolls:9,1,4 KY Gov:Abramson had a good month in KY up to the moment when his rallies started getting interrupted by Tea Party protesters, but still Abramson seems to be a strong candidate. LA Gov:Landrieu is not doing bad but he isn't doing good either ProgDems Downballot @Fbarbarossa Rolls:8,3,8 WI Sen:Feingold has a significant grassroots support hoping to deliver a victory for him in a rematch against Sen.Johnson,it won't be easy but Russ made some significant gains this month and it's still more than a year to go. PA Sen:Mayor Fetterman announced he is joining Dem primary for PA Senate election but his launch was nothing better than decent,it was much better than one McGuire had lost month and her weakness might help his chances of winning the nomination, but Sen.Toomey can feel safe if Democrats luck keep going this way. OH Sen:Kucinich continues being a political rockstar this month as well holding a series of successful rallies boosting his chances of winning what is predicted to be a close primary against Cordray next year. LibDems Downballot @Hestia Rolls:9,7,6 NV Sen:Cortez Masto enters the race with a very strong start proving she might be the candidate Democrats need to keep this seat against popular Gov.Sandoval. CA Sen:AG Harris has a decent start but will have to compete in what is expected to be a close primary against progressive De Leon for Sen.Boxer seat MD Sen:Raskin doesn't have a spectacular start but he is an alright candidate for Democrats in a blue state. LEGISLATIVE EVENTS Portman SESTA(Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act) Proposal @WVProgressive Rolls a 1! Portman brought “sex trafficking victims” to speak out on this very serious issue, but it turned out they were just paid actors, which completely overshadowed this very important issue and embarrassed Senator Portman in front of the whole world. Kizinger CCRA(Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act ) Proposal @WVProgressive @Dobs Rolls a 7!+Boehner Support:Rolls a 9! CCRA earns Kizinger a higher national profile while passing almost entirely by party lines in House with just a couple of Blue Dog Democrats supporting the act.It was filibustered to failure in Senate by Democrats Iran Deal Committee @Dobs Rolls a 10! Senate Republicans really shine at these hearings asking meaningful substantial questions. GOVERNOR EVENTS Rauner Anti-Corruption Commission @WVProgressive Rolls a 5! Commission gets almost zero media attention and doesn’t bring much results LePage Reformation for the Better Act @Cenzonico Rolls a 9! Gov.LePage continues his efforts to reform the state of Maine and he successfully cuts down on state government.LePage continues being a Tea Party hero. Bullock promotes Crist Campaign @Kitten Rolls a 2! Gov.Bullock is heavily criticised for using his position to promote his favored candidate instead of serving his constituents. Gov.Brown meets Harris @Hestia Rolls a 5! CA Gov.Jerry Brown met with AG and Senate candidate Kamala Harris,in a meeting he expressed his support for her campaign, gave her some useful advice but all that didn't make much of an impact on voters minds Scott Bans Confederate Flag @Dobs Rolls a 10! Gov.Scott approval rises after this move and he is praised by everyone except the fringe right wing of the GOP.

Rodja
JULY 2015 MEDIA HEADLINES FOX NEWS:Republicans shine at Iran Deal committee hearing @Dobs Chris Wallace:There was an important thing happening on Capitol Hill this month,in case you missed it.On Rep.Liz Cheney initiative,Senate Foreign Affairs committee launched an investigation into Iran Nuclear Deal, exposing it as a failed foreign policy effort that emboldens Iran’s authoritarian regime.Sen.Rubio was a star of the hearing with his direct, substantial questions not letting Obama alumnis hide or spew lies about any part of the deal. FOX NEWS:Schatz tries, and fails,to go grassroots! @Fbarbarossa Bill O’Reilly:Socialst Democratic presidential candidate Brian Schatz had a good idea.He wanted his campaign to be more of a grassroots efforts run by supporters and dedicated volunteers which is a noble idea, but there was one problem. He doesn’t have enough supporters! His grassroots organization failed due to low support as majority of his supporters aren’t willing to get out of parents basements and support their candidate, and they might be right, why lose your time on a failed candidate? CNN:Sandoval endorses Haley, blames last month refusal on “scheduling conflict” @Dobs Jake Tapper:Governor and Senate hopeful Brian Sandoval exchanged endorsements with Governor and presidential hopeful Nikki Haley at a rally in Carson City.Turns out, last month’s “snub” was nothing more than a scheduling conflict and Governor Sandoval is 100% behind Haley in her presidential bid. CNN:BREAKING NEWS:SCOTUS RULES GAY MARRIAGE LEGAL IN USA! @Fbarbarossa @Hestia @The Blood @Kitten @WVProgressive @Dobs @Cal @Cenzonico Anderson Cooper:A historic day here in Supreme Court today as the highest court of the nation ruled same sex marriage legal in a 5-4 vote margin. No doubt this is a historic vote,as millions of Americans myself included get full rights guaranteed by our Constitution! MSNBC:Santorum criticises Obamacare, offers no alternative @Cal Rachel Maddow:Rick Santorum, the Republican frontrunner,is criticised after he pleads to repeal Obamacare without even trying to offer a plan, solution, alternative or anything that would replace it.If you ask me,Obamacare is a good program, but if are going to repeal it like Republicans suggest, let’s at least have a replacement plan first.Otherwise,we are just playing politics like Rick Santorum. NYT:Portman’s strong start makes Ohio Senate race even more dynamic @WVProgressive Sen.Rob Portman announced he is running for reelection this month at a very well attended and enthusiastic rally boosting his chances to win reelection.Meanwhile,Kucinich held another series of successful rallies and Cordray campaign is also standing strong. “Ohio race will definitely be a close one with all 3 candidates running strong campaigns.Kucinich and Cordray both have appeal to Ohio core constituencies while Ohionas still view their Senator very favorable.I don't want to make any predictions yet since it’s still very early in the race”said pollster Nate Silver for New York Times POLITICO:The Donald is running a high energy campaign. But can he win? @Cenzonico The Donald is running for President. His rallies attract crowds(even in Boston) and have a unique atmosphere. But can a man like him really win? “Donald is a unique brand, and it’s good to be unique in politics. We see Democrats and their frontrunner Biden are already obsessed with him as he is so far only GOP candidate getting attacked by them.I don’t think he is a frontrunner, that would be pre ambitious to say right now,but he is running a good campaign and has a chance to win this thing.”said political consultant Roger Stone. “Well,he might be funny but he is dangerous.Trump as President would be a disaster for America in front of the entire world. He doesn’t have any single presidential quality and if you ask me i hope he is a Republican nominee because Democratic victory next year would be guaranteed”said political strategist Robbie Mook.
