    He is worse than Joe Liberman, and glad that he is gone. Sad that his seat will turn red but hope that more states like nevada, Maine, and Arizona become blue. I really dislike him for his opposition against removing filibuster. That policy has lead to many good bills from both right and left to be burnt and we already have multiple systems to check for stupid bills.

    I am interested in learning the mindset of Libertarianism and Conservatism, I read Anarchy, state, Utopia by Robert Nozick (great book on minarchy and understanding what the supposed benefits would be). I still don't get why or how, its supported. There are other aspect that I don't think it would be right to fill this thread with, so if pms are open then I am interested in learning more 😄

    I just have the question, if people hate the state THAT much. Then why even establish one? What alternative to a state would look like? For people asking about me, I support a state that is beneficial to people AND ONLY TO ITS PEOPLE, They serve the people and must guard their people from foreign and domestic enemies AND itself. Also by state I mean a government, not states in USA

    To explain some parts of what I said, 5) School boards especially in MA are powerful, there are almost no checks and even mayor is part of the board. They have been putting shitty policies and most student feel that they are worst at their jobs. 6) I had not read the question correctly and thought it mean only kindergarten, so I made mistake on that one 9) Mostly self explanatory but the last one being patriotism. I believe that being a patriot is wanting your country to be first in everything that is good, to make people envy of our nation. Not the kind where they believe its already number one and are proud of it, to me that is nationalism. I will edit this and add more but timelimited currently

    True, to add on to what I said about Absolute Certainty, its hard to accept this as just a jury decision, There has to be a different way where the tyranny of majority and minority doesn't contribute anything.

    I have hard feelings about Death Penalty, while on one side its a bad policy that can lead to innocent lives being killed, but on the other had; I would absolutely support a policy that gets rid of fucking pedos and mass rapists from this world. Its hard and I believe that new standard of proof needs to be established for it, Absolute Certainty, where there is so much evidence that if you believe that other person is innocent, then you must be out of your goddamn mind.
