Hi, I love the idea of the game but I can't figure out how to actually do anything after picking career paths. https://imgur.com/a/2riEBE1 That is a screenshot of my current game. The only thing I can actually click on is "done phase" and even then the only thing that changes is the "faction realignment" text and occasionally the highlighted symbol on the left. I don't get any pop ups until the next year for more career progress. Is this correct? Am I missing something obvious here?
