What are individual destinies? I think smarter/stronger/attractive/leadership qualities are all pretty subjective, and the conventional meanings of those things are pretty strongly shaped by our current system, the media and people in power. Just because people are born different because of their genetics doesn't mean they're not equal. It's our societies understanding and acceptance of different physical and mental traits, combined with the environment you're born into that make us unequal. Now obviously changing that will be an incredibly slow process, and not something we can possibly hope to achieve in our lifetimes, but I don't think it's helpful to perpetuate it.

Wouldn't it make sense to give the player the option to choose which state they represent if they're an incumbent. Surely a politician would often be inclined to keep their current office rather than stand in their 'home' state in that scenario?

Voted no for questions 2 & 3, but would be good to know more about the process. If the data entry is taking data from one uniform source and entering it into an excel sheet or something similar then I might have a way of making the process much quicker/be able to do it, but depends where the data would be coming from.

Worth downloading the demo and a couple of these and checking out though if you like PWS.

Highly recommend, think it's pretty comfortably the best wrestling simulator and has a larger community/modding scene since it's been going a long time.

I wouldn't mind giving it another go if the bulk of the spreadsheet stuff is automated now and it's largely a case of reading the rules/selecting politicians/laws etc. how time intensive is playtesting now? (but totally understand if my dropping out previously rules me out).
