Traficant looks on in agony. The Democratic Party is doomed. McGovern will lead the party to disaster, but he knows that the Reagan/Bush era is over. It needs to be obliterated, and the working class Americans across the country still need a champion. It's time for some more.... drastic measures 

"Cindy, get me the number to Perot. I have business to discuss..."

Alright time to get down to business 

1) Traficant calls up Paul Wellstone, Tim Penny, and Colin Peterson. He asks them to talk some sense into the Minnesota delegation.

2) Meanwhile, Traficant meets with Ohio delegates, hoping to peel off the ones who seem to be still with George McGovern. 

3) Traficant then meets with the Maine Delegation, noticing the small delegation in an intense split. He mingles with them, with the aim of getting delegates from all sides, especially the McGovern ones.

“My friends, the Reagan/Bush era is on its last thread. It is clear that the winds of change are in our favor, and the time for a new chapter in American history is upon us. Who are the top men to lead us into this new chapter? A raving lunatic and a boring, unexciting east coast establishmentarian. Is this really what the Democratic party should be looking towards? My fellow Democrats, we need a return to basics. We should not forget the coalition of voters who have looked up to us, who have backed us, volunteered for us, donated to us, etc. I wasn’t born with much, I know how to use a tractor, I know how to get down and dirty to get to the places I wanted to be in, that’s why I’m here right now speaking to you all. I’ve seen the slow degradation of our communities brought on by the Reagan/Bush era, I represent the victims of it. We need more FDR and less lunacy, we need more Unions and less elitism, I am the only candidate here committed to fighting for the working class, who we have counted on time and time again for our victories. It’s time we give back, and there is no one better to do that than myself. Thank you, and God Bless the United States of America!”

1. Traficant eagerly signs onto the pledge, recognizing the threat McGovern poses to not only the party but to the country. 

2. There is no time to waste! Traficant contacts the Ohio Democratic Party and asks for an endorsement, and to "do whatever it takes" to ensure that at least most of the Ohio delegates will be pledging to James Traficant come Convention time. 

3. Traficant then calls up the Minnesota Democratic Party. Minnesota was the only state he did well in in his original run, and at this point it's no holds barred. He reminds them of the many endorsements he received from Minnesota politicians, and asks the same thing he did the Ohio Democratic Party.

4. Traficant does a tell all interview of the horrors of the McGovern campaign on CNN, hoping to stir up sympathy and anti-McGovern sentiment to viewers.

5. Traficant has a private dinner with some higher ups at the AFL-CIO. Knowing that they have a clear stake in the nomination process, he makes a plea to start maneuvering to support James Traficant, the true candidate of Working Class America!

1. Traficant goes around his district, meeting with voters and looking to tally up the voters to ensure a big win!

2. The Traficant campaign releases ads across the state of Ohio, showing past clips of Traficant's campaign and proving that Traficant is the best person to lead the Democratic Party in 1992!

3. Traficant gives a big impassionate rally in Youngstown, reflecting on his life story and the hardships he faced in order to get where he is now. Beam me up! Vote for Traficant and choose a real working class warrior!

For 29., get the government out of the student loan business for the most part, with it only being accessible to students who come from low income families. Get banks and private lenders to take on the role instead, and have the basis be on a prospective borrowers major.
