Tried toying around with some options for a couple of hours and nothing seems like it is really a wholesale improvement if I do that since I'd have to cut out some traits that don't have an opposite or in which 10 is not great. For instance, Delegator and Micromanager would be opposite ends but you'd want someone that was a 5 on this scale. However, I want 10 to be the best mark on every 0-10 scale and 0 to be the worst. Therefore, the current system is still best. However, I might expand the abilities to 0-10, however. Then I'd allow anyone to run for any office, so long as they can legally.
