Im not against making the royalists permanently CPU, I just think it might turn away people who want to play with the purpose of keeping status quo.

They dont have to be a coherent group, it's enough have some kind of goal of objective (that could be different from playthrough to playthrough). If the only goal is "hoard points", you as well just cut it down to be one single faction.

Im not really satisfied with how Unaligned works. Is that really our goal? Just hoard prestige points? I wish we got some kind of overarching goals like "expand France" or "ensure the clergy remains powerful".
