People's will support Martin's course of supporting governments without boots in the ground, however they will urge caution considering the ideology of some of states in the region. People's will loudly endorse Montenegrin membership in NATO, and call for greater expansion of NATO. For their free action People's will propose ranked choice voting, so that votes for parties under 5% aren't wasted. --------------------------------- Liberal: If legislation can be proposed as event responses the Liberals will propose universal public option healthcare as a temporary measure until they can secure the necessary votes, if it can’t they’ll promise to get the necessary votes before the next election. O'Malley will call for support for middle-eastern countries against ISIS (who claimed responsibility for the attacks). Nothing special to be done with Montenegro, just welcome them in. Martin O'Malley will once again attempt to bring about a system similar to Maryland StateStat on a national level.
