I don't think it's going to be that close. We started at a disadvantage with the numbers and it only got worse from there.

Just from quick glance: Bill Thomas is in multiple committees As is Albert Morano James L Buckley is Whip is in a committee Pete Domenici is a chair but also serving in another committee. I stopped filling in the names at that point so there might be others I haven't noticed.

The underlined part was always there. But there was conflicting language before that which made it seem like you could do no speeches pre primary era. So most probably didn't keep reading beyond that. I cleaned it up to make it easier to understand.
