Isn't there a two term cap and take one out for Maryland which the current governor will have done given Oden Bowie was governor for 2 terms and his successor was governor for 2 terms

If none is done for Willthescout could you run any of his eligible incumbents and if there are vacant seats shout and I can put some in to fill the gaps

I think the map I did for the governorships will show what has to be up as a minimum plus those that are every 2 years

Both Texas and Utah have the governorships up. I don't think they should be as to my knowledge they both went up last time and have 4 year terms

I think it depends on the skill, if they are a 4 or 5 I think they are auto confirmed.
