1810: Macon Bill Number 2:  Restores trade with France and Britain so long as European nations respect American Trade rights. (Replaces Nonintercourse Act)

1811: "An Act incorporating the protestant Episcopal Church in the Town of Alexandria in the District of Columbia" - Enacts and establishes by law rules and proceedings of the organization of a Church in DC and vests authority in the Church to support poor and educate children. Ultimately this (and another doing a similar action in Mississippi Territory) is vetoed by Madison on tje grounds of the First Amendment of the Constitution.

1811: Religious Freedom Act* (Passed in Massachusetts, so could be a gov action): Ensures citizens can use tax dollars to support the church of their choice, not just the one sponsored by their community.

Here's JFK. Aside from rhetoric and a skillful handling of the Cuban Missile crisis, he pretty much did nothing. Arguably his one legis prop should probably be a pres action. What I need is historical legis prop that was passed during JFK's administration (NOT LBJs). He also probably needs more pres actions.

Would choosing how to react to the McCarthy also fall under Eisenhower? It's is under Truman but Ike had a dilemma on whether to stay silent, praise or condemn McCarthy's actions.  Also while I dont know what the McCarthyism event does, if it doesn't cover it you could also include the Alger Hiss Case (under Truman )that could shoot a certain Rep into prominence like what happened with Nixon IRL, maybe have the President be able to also Defend, Condem or stay silent

I think maybe I can put in a Pres Action to respond to it if the politician that gets labeled as "McCarthy" is still in office. We could say Eisenhower didn't use the option. There's a lot of events that really should carry over, but they're one-time events. Might add another scripted event at some point, it if it continued.
