    I suppose it's not explicitly stated in the rules- I just figured that since Reps are determined by gubernatorial appointment rather than elections in the Reconstruction states that it would work the same as appointing Senators, with the Governors able to retain or replace them at the end of their term (which in the case of Reps is of course every turn).

    I actually don’t think I can try to remove either of them since they both have Integrity, which makes a Manipulative President unable to compel them into retiring (Chase could still make the attempt if he had Iron Fist since they’re in his party, but sadly he doesn’t have that trait).

    Where’s the map from? MN is listed as Great Plains in the GovStates tab of our game and in the States/Territories Geos sheet. I thought it was weird too since I generally consider it Midwest, but with the Geos sheet confirming it I went along with it and picked Ramsey in large part because of the region.

    MN is in the Great Plains, so Alexander Ramsey counts as representation for the region.
