Checking the rules again, I thought my faction members couldn't be targeted because my faction's ideology is maxed out? To be fair, I also just realized that RedLib now has a liberal faction leader so I don't think I was actually allowed to target their pols either.

@vcczar Just to confirm, the limit each turn is five influence per country then, not five total towards influencing countries?
