Good question. I'm pretty sure there's just straight up no one eligible right now which means either generated politician or leave the seat open (though that would also mean no senators), so i'll probably just end up doing generated politicians.

Genrating first AL and ME Governors. I'll go with state ideology pref here and make a RW Pop Governor for AL and Cons Governor for ME. I'll give each to the faction that makes the most sense based on ideology and state.

 

First Governor of Alabama: Willis Hoover, RW Pop, @Hestia.

First Governor of Maine: William Schlafly, Cons, @ConservativeElector2.

Both will retire after 1 term, as per the rules.
