Bushwa777
Another question. My CPU just passed Ban Naturalization for Native Americans born outside of the US Does this mean that when I draft I do not draft foreigners like say Henry Kissinger? OrangeP47
No, it's a cosmetic law meaning Native Americans (the ethnic group) who were born in areas that were not part of the United States at the time cannot become citizens, as opposed to banning Native Americans in general from becoming citizens. This relates to the historical debate on whether or not people become citizens when land they are on becomes annexed to the United States.

So unless my CPU ends up repealing it then when i do drafts IF a Indian (they do prefer that, I have asked many) if they come from say Alabama (not a state yet) they get thrown out? TBH mechanically I don't think it does anything (it would have a note if it did). It's more just a thing for card points. Native Americans already are contingent upon either the citizenship EO or another bill so they'd supersede this.
