A drunk FDR jr gets the call that he’s been nominated as Ambassador to China. He puts down his drink and cries. He’s not done yet. He still has a purpose. Even after his own faction discarded him and his own state rejected him— President Bricker believed in him. FDR Jr was still in the game. The bars in China are about to get a lot richer.

Court Shenanigans

  • No blocking by Warren
  • No Associates can prevent delays

Initial Decision

  • Mapp v. Ohio:
    • Everyone but Brennan is ideology, he's doing cards vote
    • Earl Warren, concurrence with Douglas, Stewart, Clark and Brennan vote in favor
    • William Rehnquist, concurrence with Burger, Harlan, and Whittaker vote against
  • Loving v. Virginia
    • Earl Warren, concurrence with Douglas, Stewart, Clark and Brennan vote in favor
    • William Rehnquist, concurrence with Burger, Harlan, and Whittaker vote against

Shenanigans

Warren, Burger, Douglas, Clark, and Brennan have integrity, so no flips there.

No Justices have Debator or Manipulative so no conversions from them

No controversial and manipulative president or party leader, and president does not have iron fist

No other shenanigans otherwise elligible

VOTE STANDS

  • Agree 1
  • Based 1
