Maybe delegates were voting to count 100% of residents because they were intending to them Abolish slavery?

OK, so emancipation can be taken up by Congress. @Largo833, what would you like us to take up next? Voting rights for women OR Citizenship and voting rights for all races? OK, now up before the Constitutional Convention is voting rights for women. As before, please VOTE AYE or NAY for your state, and then for your individual delegates on other state delegations if you have them. matthewyoung123
DE, GA, and NC will vote NO. Too many points given to radical factions AND it's not worth the 100% chance to decrease domestic stability. Other WillMod pols also vote no. matthewyoung123
Next up before the Constitutional Convention is- Citizenship and voting rights for all races. As with women voting, the penalty for this passing is a 100% guarantee to drop Domestic stability. Moderates and Law & Order lobbies also take a hit. So how do the states vote? Are there any other resolutions that the convention would like to vote on before sending this to the state Governors to sign? @Cal @10centjimmy @ebrk85 @Largo833 @Willthescout7
