Langdon will target GA Francis Willis

Willis has Integrity, but also Pliable (so these balance out).  86/25 so WIllis is not swayed.

Cal wants to target pols who voted for Option A with an speech by Fisher Ames (Orator).  Since he didn't name anyone specifically, I rolled for random pols who supported Option A, specifically from the WillRW and WIllMod factions.

They were-

Gov Samuel Maclay.  Maclay is a Puritan so his chance of conversion are therefore lower.  64/10 so he is not swayed by Ames.

Rep Thomas Stone. Stone has no traits (beyond Frail).  22/25 so Stone is swayed by Ames oratory and will vote with the rest of the MD delegation for Option C.

Gov Richard Bassett.  He is likeable, but has no other applicable traits.  97/25 so Bassett is not swayed by the speech.

A 2/3 majority (9 states) has not been reached.

So option A has 5 votes.  Option C has 8 votes.  Options B and D received no votes.

So we will vote again on Article I.  Option A (House & Senate) and Option C (Senate only) are the two options available to vote on.

So, please cast your votes by state.  Action to @Cal @ebrk85 @10centjimmy @Largo833 @Willthescout7

This is now valid again.

DE, GA, and NC feel that there needs to be representatives in a Congress directly elected by the people and not by other elected representatives in a state legislature.

Therefore, those states vote in favor of a House & Senate.   Also, WillMod Reps in RI and CT will also support Option A for Article I.  The MD Rep votes for Option C.

I'm assuming we're deadlocked this round so should we sway again?

For the sake of moving on, VA and PA will vote option C

Well, I guess we have just a Senate then...unless @10centjimmy @ebrk85 @Cal @Largo833 change their votes from Option C to Option A which I don't think will happen.

So, Article I established a US Senate with Senators appointed by the states (in our case, State Governors).

So, Article II establishes the Executive branch.

Option A- Establish elected President with 4-year terms

Option B- Established appointed life-term President (appointed by Congress)

Option C- Establish elected life-term President

Option D- Maintains the President of the Congress who will be elected by the Congress to act as executive.

Action to @Cal @10centjimmy @Willthescout7 @ebrk85 @Largo833 to vote.

NH, NJ vote for Option C

Delegates in DE, MD, and NY also vote for Option C

I think Roger Sherman may have proposed this so he'd vote for A

I am feeling left out again lol @matthewyoung123 you just quoted my post where NY voted for option C

My bad....  So, NY will go with Option C too!  11 for and 2 against Option C for Article II.

Article I-

3 states for Option A, 10 states for Option C

Article II-

2 states for Option A, 11 states for Option C

Now we move onto voting for Article III, the Federal Judiciary.

Option A - Establish a Federal Judicial Branch

Option B - Establish Ban on a Federal Supreme Court

As before, 9 states must vote for the option for it to pass.

Action to @10centjimmy, @Cal, @Willthescout7, @ebrk85, @Largo833

NY will vote for Option A

As will my single delegates in CT, MA, MD, NJ, RI

With WillMod that puts CT, MD and RI in Option A's column

That means 7 states for Option A so far plus 1 delegate in MA, NH, & NJ for it as well.

Option A- CT, DE, GA, MD, NC, NY, RI

Option B- None

Still to fully vote- MA, NH, NJ, PA, SC, VA

Need two more states to support Option A.

NH & NJ support Option A.

This provides 9 states for Option A and it passes.  Although, for the record, I'd like to see what the other states support- MA, PA, SC, & VA.

@Willthescout7controls VA & PA's vote.  I believe @Cal controls MA & SC's vote.
