NY Governor Richard Varick (1 Gov) will encourage settlement on native lands.

MA Governor Benjamin Goodhue (2 Gov) will (same)

SC Governor Thomas Bee (3 Gov) will (same)

Varick is Efficient and thus will also attempt to create a state bank.

NAY on Livingston and Duvall from CalRedRW. Reds have a majority in the Senate and CalRedRW would ask that you take the nomination away from Duvall and give to his own Senator Francis Dana.

CalBlueCon, with all of his 0 senators, cries at this turn of events and begs for the nomination to go through.
