2) Again already is no limit so you may try again.

Gilbert Carlton Walker ---> No term limit: Fails 65/40

Nathan Goff Jr ---> No term limit: Again already has no term limit so you may try again.

Supreme Court Decisions:

1. Chief Justice get 100 points, Associate Justices each get 50 points.  These have been awarded already.

2. Several justices are celebrating anniversaries this term but none had ideologies move

3. Chief Justice Robert B. Van Valkenburgh has chosen not to delay any cases this term.

4. Associate Justices therefore cannot do anything about forcing cases to be heard since both cases will be heard

5. Two cases are being heard this term:

A) US v. Kagma: Has Congress plenary power over all Native American tribes within its borders?

B) Plessey V. Ferguson: Is the "separate but equal" provision of private services mandated by state government constitutional under the Equal Protection Clause?

Associate Justice Robert Cooper Grier was busy eating early bird dinner when Plessey V. Ferguson was heard and will not take part in deliberations.

6. Initial Decisions:

A) US v. Kagma: 9-1 Yay: Miller, Grier, Wall, Nelson, Swayne, Davis, Field, Niblack, Brewer.   Nay: Valkenburg

B) Plessey V. Ferguson: 4-5.  Yay: Nelson, Davis, Field, Brewer.  Nay: Valkenburg, Miller, Wall, Swayne, Niblack

7. Shenanigans:

A) No moves

B) No Moves

8. No Party Leader Shenanigans

9. No Attorney General Shenanigans

10. No Chief Justice Shenanigans

11. Final Decisions:

A) US v. Kagma 9-1.  This is historical.  100 points given to @dkh64, @Joe303300, @pmanmod, @pmanrw and @Blockmon

B) Plessey V. Ferguson 4-5 NAY.  Non historical.  All segregation in US is deactivated!  500 point given to @Umbrella and @pmanmod.  Dom Stab does not move.

Congress is in Session

Spending Bill Limits.  Because we are overspending currently there are only 8 non crisis bills allowed to be considered this term.

Before I move on.  Does President Washburn @pman wish to do Executive Branch Interference.  Remember if you do then cabinet members are only allowed to propose bills related to their department.  Also GOP Convention promised bills.  They can be found on notes on sheet.  See 2.6.1 for any other rules.

Congress in Session:

Ok the President does not wish to interfere with the process at this time.

Again only 8 non-crisis bills allowed this term as we are overspending. Also remember no income tax bills until an income tax amendment is passed and that will not happen until Progressive Age at least.

The following people are allowed to pick laws to be proposed:

In the House: Speaker James G. Blaine @Blockmon, Congressman Fernando Wood @EYates, Congressman William B. Allison @pmanrw, Congressman Heister Clymer@Imperator Taco Cat, Congressman Richard H. Whitley @pmanmod, Congressman John H. Ketcham @pmanmod, Congressman Simon Conver @pmanrw, Congressman George W. McCray @Joe303300

In the Senate: Senator Charles Sumner @Joe303300, Senator Joseph Roswell Hawley @pmanmod, President Pro Temp Charles D Drake @Umbrella, Senator Henry B. Anthony @pmanrw, Frederick A. Sawyer @Blockmon, Senator John A. Logan @Bloot911, Senator Logan H. Roots @Blockmon, Senator John J. Ingalls @Umbrella

Proposers can only propose bills that don’t cost points to one of their faction’s cards or which aligns with their personal ideology, personal interests, or expertise. The only exceptions are if a bill helps with an ongoing crisis or helps the ability of the military during war time.

I will do the two rolls for Joe.  Proposals are due by Noon Sunday.

Ok thanks to all who are bringing laws to be considered in front of congress.

At this point I still need to hear from (and we have till noon tomorrow so no rush)

Speaker James G. Blaine @Blockmon

Congressman Heister Clymar @Imperator Taco Cat

Congressman Richard H. Whitley @pmanmod

Senator Frederick A. Sawyer @Blockmon

Senator John A Logan @Bloot911

Senator Logan H. Roots @Blockmon

HOWEVER THIS IS IMPORTANT WE CAN ONLY HANDLE 1 MORE LAW THAT DOES NOT DEAL WITH REVENUE-BUDGET CRISIS.  YOU CAN SEE THAT ON THE SIDE OF THE SHEETS IN COL BA
