Currently, Red has 5 total and Blue has 10 total, but some of them are ineligible because they aren't old enough yet or they are already active. If you have kingmakers & protégés, please post them. With 11 members of the Congress, @Largo833 LargoRW can appoint the Confederation Congress President. The President will then make Committee Assignments.
