Does easily overwhelmed mean she dies easily or something else?

Easily Overwhelmed - The politician might be skilled, but they can only handle so much work and so much responsibility, especially in a crisis. A politician who is easily overwhelmed will perform some tasks poorly unless they lose this trait.

As faction leader, she will be ineligible to run for Party Leader because of it.

Nobody fits all requirements, so I can omit leadership and lackey requirements.

My faction leader will be Hunter S Thompson.
