Liberal Democrats, confident that they could now form a government or at least finish on opposition benches have then modified their campaign strategy and dare to go in places where their opinion polls are below

First event, Paddy Ashdown meets voters across the Southeast, trying to win voters the same way he won hearts in the west. Paddy Ashdown's strategy is to conquer the whole South where he is elected. The Libdem strategy is to tell them that now there is a moment where Libdems are escaping their third place and can take on the two party systems to deliver moderate policies which go well with the South as well as for rural areas.

Second event, in order to continue to gain traction, Libdems send their welsh member of parliament Alex Carlile in Wales, the goal of the Libdems is to show to the people of Wales that the culture and local dialects of the Welsh people will protected under a Liberal Democratic government.

Third event, Libdems reroll their attempt to get the Lower class by promoting their fiscal measures for Healthcare and Education and to compare that "the economic policies which differ between Libdems and Labour will not affect poverty, because nationalizations do not reduce poverty".

Rally (9): Paddy is once again a hit. The Liberal Democrats are literally SURGING. Even in solid Tory country.

Rally (7): Lib Dems gain some traction in Wales!

Influence (10!): Somehow, they turn their failures around and those in the lower class are beginning to take notice. This is an extremely vital base of the Labour Party.

Overall: +12. Lib Dems have a near perfect turn... how? I don't know.

BNP volunteers knock on doors and hand out manifestos in Hartlepool.

Third times the charm? (Daily Express endorsement)

Endorsement (28/100): The Daily Express declines forcefully this time. They commit to not endorsing any party for the General Election. No more endorsement attempts are allowed on the Daily Express. They hate all of you.

Rally (2): Tyndall is once again heckled.

Overall: -3. No bueno turn for the BNP. 😞

Plaid Cymru campaigns in Carmathen once again to try and take the seat for Plaid.

Wales is targeted once again by Plaid with a series of papers to promote their brand.

Plaid Cymru puts out an ad about their policies in Wales.

Rally (5): Meh. Carmathen isn't too receptive. Maybe trying again will do the trick though.

Rally (9): The campaignin goes very well!

Rally (10!): The ads are a hit!

Overall: +10. Plaid is back on the surge and have a great turn to make up for the mediocre events of the past.

Rally (6): The ad is well received.

Rally (6): The campaigning goes quite well. Time will tell if it flips. It's an extremely battleground seat.

Overall: -1. SNP stalls a bit, but not too bad.

Influence (9): Thatcher's pitch is extremely well received and she continues to make gains among the Middle Class.

Rally (10!): John Major once again proves himself as an excellent campaigner. He's breathing life back into the Conservative campaign!

Influence (4): The events are a little dull, but not terrible.

Rally (3): North East no like Hessel.

Rally (2): The Liberal Democrat's are in town and overshadow Redwood's tour.

Liberal Democrats are now trying to finish the campaign either on opposition benches or in the best scenario as minority government, only a couple of points would make the difference that's why they want to keep the trend

After having get good receptions in territories where they hope to solidify their bases, Liberal Democrats aim to target more unsure territories such as Liverpool where they display their vision of a post-cold war diplomacy and their environmental policies.

The Libdems also send their message in Eastern anglia also known as est England where they hope to get more backing from rural voters. They coordinate their message around their crime policies that Labour do not adress and that Conservatives may be overplaying on words instead of facts.

Influence : Libdems concludes their campaign section by targetting leftists and trying to get their backing by the promotion of their progressive views on society.

Rally (7): Plaid continues to surge in Carmathen. Time will tell if they can flip it.

Rally (1!): The pamphlets are a disaster as a clumsy campaign worker accidentally drops them all in a shredder and the entire Plaid schedule is screwed for the day. Not a good luck in the eyes of a voter when you don't show up.

Overall: -4. Plaid has a bit of a setback.

Rally (1!): The army unfortunately loses coordination on where to go and finds themselves stranded in the woods... missing their events for the day.

Influence (3): It doesn't go too well.

Rally (7): Major remains a hit. BBC Opinion Polling shows John Major is the most popular Conservative politician in the country, even beating the Prime Minister in latest opinion polls.

Rally (10!): Hesser get's em alright. The Liberal Democrat position on Georgia peaches is not popular as lots of those peaches are potentially in the country right now! Hesser goes even further to mock the fact that the Lib Dems are basically making fun of their own color! Orange peaches!

Influence (8): The anti-terrorism rhetoric hits the right spot! The Working Class is now taking notice at the economic recovery, and crackdown on law and order.

Influence (1!): Some dumb campaign worker thinks it's a good idea to put Thatcher ranting about how dumb the Argentinian Government is, while a display of strength, it's not the moderate friendly language that the country seems to need right now.

Rally (3): The rallies are a bit dull, as Liberal Democrats continue to do well in this area.

Overall: +3. Despite a gaffe on ad material, the Conservatives seem to have a bit of a rebound with the Liberal Democrats stalling.

War Of Jennifers Ear

Controversy ensued as a Labour Party Election broadcast showed a five year old girl who waited 1 year for a simple operation to insert a tympanostomy tube or “vents.”

The ad ends with, “If you want to vote Conservative, don’t fall ill.”

The Sun unleashes an article and questions the ethics of the Labour Party decision to run an advertisement involving a little girl in national politics.

@Dobs @WVProgressive

Seeing that this is mainly a Labour-Conservative issue, I'd like an extra event of a response to this whole ordeal. A D20 roll will be conducted on it and it will be weighed against reality. As this did occur in real life.

General Headlines

  • Election campaigning becomes dominated by the "War of Jennifer's Ear".
  • Labour continues to surge, Liberal Democrats stall slightly in national polling. Remain strong in projected seat count though.

Liberal democrats presents their apologies to voters of West Midlands : Our party may have hurted Georgians who may live in Midlands by our comment relating to georgian peaches. We want to present our apologies, we know that the Georgian heritage is well present in the culture of the people over here with our lovely climate. Our party may have hurted you over this issue which is one of the crucial ones alongside the economy and bringing unemployment down. May once again accept our apologies.

Liberal Democrats pledge to boost housing policies in East Midlands : We think that besides peaches, it is really important to adress you with the housing problem. Libdems commit to adopt policies in order to reduce inflations on housing's prices. A Libdem government will especially focus on this issue.

Influence : Liberal Democrats try once again to appeal to Leftists, by letting them know that they are going to adress civil partneurship for same sex couples by the next parliament alongside the Labour party which has also committed to do something for them.

Jennifer's Ear: What we said is true, the Conservatives, and their lapdogs The Sun, are attempting to muddy the water around the health debate. We should redouble our efforts to attack the Tories on their disastrous health policies, they have eviscerated the NHS, and given kickbacks to private insurance companies. Why should we back off a winning issue?

Event 1: The Labour Party continues to attack the Tories on their underfunding, and mismanagement of the NHS by releasing a new newspaper ad nationwide on the topic.

Event 2: Neil Kinnock takes a chance, and visits the increasingly blue city of London

Event 3: Tony Blair appeals to the Middle Class attempting to get their support for the Labour party (Influence Middle Class)
