As this is the first cabinet for our game and the there is a cabinet in place for the start date but they haven't been used yet, I am suspending the normal retention rules for just this time. So you may retain any or all of the cabinet members in their current roles as listed on the Executive tab. Besides the Executive positions you also need to appoint 3 Generals. Elias Boudinot does not have Business, Foreign Affairs or Trade so his can't be Minister. Please pick another UK Minister. John Barry has Naval and no Military so he can't be a General. However, I missed we needed 1 Admiral to so I moved Barry to that spot but we will need one more General now.
